“The course acquisition platform will be thelightinglab.es. To initiate the course registration process on thelightinglab.es, you should access the courses section and register by clicking on the corresponding button.
You will need to provide the requested information in order to purchase the selected course.
You will know that your registration has been completed once you receive an email confirmation of the purchase.
Once the registration process is completed and accepted by thelightinglab.es, the user credentials for the course will be automatically sent via email.
“As a user, you acknowledge that the identification numbers and passwords assigned to you for accessing the courses are personal and non-transferable. You are solely responsible for the consequences that may arise from their misuse, disclosure, or loss.
In the event of a breach of this prohibition, the customer will be solely responsible for the actions carried out by the individual or legal entity that unauthorizedly uses the user’s identifier.
After making the corresponding payment(s) for the purchased courses, Iván Manuel Benítez Sanz, as the owner of the thelightinglab.es domain, grants the user a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable license to access online (via web browser) the platform and the purchased and available training courses.
Development of courses and programs

- Using the personal and non-transferable username and password by more than one person at the same time, causing clear fraud to the company, is strictly prohibited.
- Engaging in activities that violate the intellectual property rights of Iván Manuel Benítez Sanz is strictly prohibited.
- Lack of respect for the authority of the mentors is not tolerated.
- Using the class for a purpose other than the intended one is not allowed.
Buyer’s rights: Returns and Withdrawal
Withdrawal is the consumer’s right to return a product within a legal timeframe, without having to provide any explanation or reason, and without facing any penalties.
Withdrawal
The withdrawal period for digital content products will be suspended as soon as the access keys to the digital content are used.
In the case of training products, the customer can exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the contracting of the service, except if they have used their access keys to course content. The download of digital content is subject to the provisions of Article 103 of Law 3/2014, dated March 27, which amends the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, and other complementary laws.

The customer has a period of 14 days from the signing of this agreement to withdraw from their contract. Users can make complaints, returns, or withdrawals by sending an email to info@thelightinglab.es, stating their full name, the purchased product, and explaining the reasons for their complaint.
Confidentiality
All information and documentation used during the contracting, development, and execution of the contractual terms regulating the relationship between Iván Manuel Benítez Sanz and the Customer are confidential. Information shall not be considered confidential if it is disclosed by mutual agreement between the Parties, becomes public for the same reason, or is required to be disclosed in accordance with laws or a judicial resolution by a competent authority, or if it is obtained by a third party not bound by any confidentiality obligation. Both parties are obligated to maintain the duty of confidentiality and uphold it for a minimum period of two (2) years after the termination of the aforementioned contractual terms regulating the relationship between Iván Manuel Benítez Sanz and the Customer.

Disclaimer
Iván Manuel Benítez Sanz does not guarantee continuous and uninterrupted availability of the service subject to this contract, nor the loss of data hosted on its servers, interruption of business activities, or any damages arising from the operation of the services or the expectations generated for the Customer due to:
- Causes beyond the control of Iván Manuel Benítez Sanz and fortuitous events and/or force majeure.
- Faults caused by incorrect usage by the Customer, especially those resulting from the hiring of a service unsuitable for the type of activity and use carried out by the Customer and/or by third parties through their website.
- Scheduled downtimes and/or alterations in the content made by mutual agreement between the parties for maintenance or the performance of previously agreed exceptional actions.
- Viruses, cyber-attacks, and/or other actions by third parties that cause total or partial inability to provide the services.
- Incorrect or deficient functioning of the Internet
- Other unforeseeable circumstances.
In this way, the Customer agrees to tolerate these circumstances within reasonable limits, expressly waiving any contractual or non-contractual claims against Iván Manuel Benítez Sanz for possible failures, errors, and use of the contracted service.
Iván Manuel Benítez Sanz will not be responsible under any circumstances for errors or damages caused by the inefficient and bad faith use of the service by the Customer. Iván Manuel Benítez Sanz will also not be responsible for major or minor consequences due to the lack of communication between Iván Manuel Benítez Sanz and the Customer when it is attributable to the non-functioning of the provided email or falsity of the data provided by the Customer in their registration on thelightinglab.es.
Causes for contract termination
Termination of the service contract can occur at any time by either party.
You are not obligated to any terms of permanence with thelightinglab.es if you are not satisfied with our service.
Iván Manuel Benítez Sanz may terminate or suspend any and all services contracted with thelightinglab.es immediately, without prior notice or liability, in the event that you do not comply with the conditions stated herein.
At the termination of the contract, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.
The causes for contract termination shall include:

- Altering, bypassing, reverse engineering, decompiling, dismantling, or in any way tampering with the security technology provided by thelightinglab.es.
- Also, cases of abuse of support services by requesting more hours than those established in the contract.
